Orders
Prices and stock can change; we confirm before/at fulfillment when needed.
Reference pricing
Prices on the site are reference prices for retail orders; B2B or scheduled routes can be confirmed on Zalo before delivery.
Cold chain
Pasteurized milk, yogurt, and other chilled goods stay in the 2–6°C chain until handoff. If a receiver cannot take the bag promptly, product quality may be affected.
Customer duties
Provide a reachable phone and a place that can receive cold goods. Fridge promptly on arrival.
Liability
We aim for correct cold handling on agreed routes; extreme delays from unreachable receivers may affect product quality.
