Cold products need clear receiving — here’s how we work.
Delivery
Inner Da Nang cold routes are the priority. Listed as free shipping on Google Merchant. Any delivery fee (if applicable, e.g. outside coverage) will be confirmed when we call or message you on Zalo. Outer areas (Hoi An, Hue, etc.) need Zalo confirmation first.
Receiving
Open the bag and fridge pasteurized milk/yogurt immediately. Check dates on arrival.
Cold handoff
We try to hand off chilled goods directly from the insulated bag to your fridge. For apartments and offices, add a gate note or reception note so the receiver can meet the bag quickly.
Return timing
Because these are perishable goods, quality issues need to be reported quickly with order details and photos when relevant.

If you suspect a broken cold chain, contact Zalo promptly with order details and photos when relevant. We’ll guide next steps per case.
Returns
Perishable cold goods have limited return windows; we handle genuine quality/cold-chain problems case by case.
